The influx of fresh Lost Souls means the factions need to have a little welcoming party for them. So some recreational activities are in order. All Lost Souls will receive a message from their respective faction leaders with orders to go have some fun.

Shuten - WEENIES ON PARADE

Shuten Clan newbies will be summoned to the Arena, which has been set up with a very different kind of fight than usual. The members of the Shuten Clan do nothing by half-measures. Partying, drinking, and eating are all encouraged to excess. This time they're inviting new recruits to test their mettle in various eating contests. You'll need nerves of steel and a stomach of iron to succeed. Hot dogs, marshmallows, pizza, lobster rolls, breakfast cereals, rice, and more are all on offer.

See how much you can eat and try not to get sick! Competitive eating is a messy, disgusting affair, regardless of the emergency buckets stationed strategically throughout the building.

If you're feeling especially ballsy, you can take on the biggest onis and other youkai by teaming up with your fellow Shutens. They're all confident enough to take that bet.

Glory, prize money, and antacids to the winners. Shame to the losers – they'll be run through town in weenie costumes.

Tamamo - ALL NIGHT LONG

The newest Tamamo recruits are summoned to a local gymnasium. Strangely, rather than sports equipment laid out on the court, there are a number of light futons, blankets, and pillows. Everyone will be sorted into one of two yukata patterns – one purple and one blue – and sent to their respective sides of the court to lie down in bed and pull up the covers.

It is then that the referee will explain the rules of competitive pillow fighting. When the whistle blows, jump up and grab one of the authorized pillows at the center of the court. It's a game much like dodgeball, but the goal is to hit the opposing team's king with a pillow from your half of the court. Team members use blankets and sometimes their bodies to protect their king.

There will be a few rounds, and you can rotate who is king at your discretion. Protect them with your life! Or whatever. Star players will receive a bonus and a coupon to one of the best Tamamo spas.

When the competitive stuff is done, the sleepover proper will begin. There will be liquor, sodas, and light snacks for everyone while movies are projected onto a screen late into the morning. The movies range from classic dramas and romances to outrageous yokai comedies.

Sutoku - GROSSERY GANG

The Alliance has found themselves in the possession of an entire truckload's worth of reject children's toys. Ever the opportunist, the Daitengu has assigned the project of inventorying and trashing the particularly offensive ones to the new guys.

Of course, you're expected to play with a few of them as well. Maybe one of them is decently fun, and they could sell the rest, you know? Many of these toys are gross out bathroom humor in nature, and spit water randomly at anyone who loses their round. The Daitengu has thoughtfully provided a selection of alcohol to make this game a little more adult friendly. Toys that lack the appropriate spitting mechanism can still be played over shots, really, go nuts.

While you 'work', there will be plenty of motivating music piped into the warehouse. The sound quality is not great, but they tried?

Everyone who sorts through a decent amount of toys will get a little extra pay, although who is really paying that much attention to who's doing what here?

Enma - BREAKING THE ICE

Welcome to the Department of the Enma. New Lost Soul recruits will be summoned to a large conference room in Kaigo no Bou, which has been outfitted with a variety of buffet table offerings and tables which seat between 5 - 6 people comfortably. You are invited to fill your plates at your discretion, the craft services people are used to feeding bottomless yokai stomachs and the food will not run out.

Clipboards with a variety of icebreaker questions have been provided at each table. The pens have assuredly been firmly affixed to the clipboard. Please return them together.

Every 30 minutes Captain Shiki will blow her whistle to signal that you are to migrate to another table with fresh companions. You are, indeed, being forced to get to know your coworkers, lucky you. This isn't tedious at all.

Pick a few of the questions below to answer, and get chatting. Or Captain Shiki may come over to stare at you with intense disapproval. You can't get away with just zoning out to that sweet smooth jazz playing overhead!

All Factions - THE GIFT OF SONG

Did you all enjoy having some of your wishes granted? Well, so did a flock of those annoying magpie! They asked for the gift of music. These feathered nuisances, however, have fallen in love with an old school metal band. That is all they will be singing for the foreseeable future! Different members of the flock have taken up different instrumentals and vocals for the track, spread out across electrical wires and rooftops, singing their favorite rockin' tune to the skies!

Lost Souls have been asked to please catch them and get them to knock it off, they are truly annoying everyone, across all factions.

Should you catch these musical magpies, and not one of the other clans, they will tell you their sorry tale! They love this band, but the group broke up years ago. All the magpie want is for their favorite old dudes to be reunited to jam with them, one more time!

The old dudes are out there in the city, but who knows why they broke up and if they can even be convinced out of retirement. Good luck, if you succeed your boss will give you a favorable bonus, which would be a great boon to a newbie just getting settled.

[In general, Tsuna comes off as a little bit nervous and overwhelmed. He's still getting to know people after all, and establishing familiarity with anything is being worked on. He's probably knocked over a few things, like pens and clipboards off the table, or jostled some glasses of water.]

1. If you had a time machine that would work only once, what point in the future or in history would you visit?
[Tsuna spends a long time frowning at this question, before ultimately deciding not to answer. He doesn't look thrilled but you might need a higher level of friendship to unlock this answer.]

4. If you could talk to any one person now dead or alive, who would it be and why?
[Again, Tsuna looks thoughtful, considering for a moment.]
Um, well, I guess an ancestor of mine...I was kind of dealing with some family stuff before all this, and I guess I just want to know a bit more about him.

10. What's your favorite thing to do in the summer?
[Tsuna visibly brightens at this and a smile appears on his face.]

I really like going to summer festivals with my friends! We always go as a big group, and there's a really nice place to watch the Fireworks!

[Just not going to mention the chaos that usually follows him and his friends.]

12. Does your name have a special meaning and/or were you named after someone special?

I dunno if it's anything too special, but I guess I was named after a shogun. A lot of people in my family are. My Dad's Iemitsu and the ancestor I mentioned before was Ieyasu...

[There's a slight hitch when he mentions his Dad.]

Sawada though. Not Tokugawa.

[Tsuna is looking up at the birds on the wire, watching the birds with an expression of exasperation on his face. In some ways, he had thought himself past these kinds of events, but it would seem the Universe continues to have a laugh at his expensive. Or Reborn is, because he can never discount his tutor, even in Hell. Certainly not in Hell.

But that can be set aside to focus on the task at hand.]

How am I even supposed to get up there?

[Well, he has ways. But is it worth the dying will?]

[Kim has met a number of teenagers here, but this is the first one that isn't brash and overconfident –– it's refreshing, even if she's well-used to dealing with teenagers in tough spots. Having them as colleagues, however, is entirely new.

She listens patiently through the answers.]

Sounds like your family has pretty big ambitions for you, naming you after someone like that.

[Tsuna gives a nervous laugh. It really isn't until recently that anyone had expectations for him, even himself.]

I don't know about that...I think it's just a family tradition.

Well, that's not too bad either. It's a lot to live up to.

Yeah, no kidding.

[He tries to laugh it off, but there's a sense that there's more than he's letting on.]

But, no pressure, right?

[Kim is loathe to tread anywhere personal, but the kid seems so transparently uncomfortable that it feels unfair to let him sit squirming.]

I wasn't named for anything in particular. It didn't save me from pressure –– it just comes with every family.

Did yours want you to go into the family business to?

Oh, uh, my dad owns a construction business. He wants me to continue in that.

[It's not his favourite like, but it's probably a little better than the sumo team one.]

I wasn't really thrilled by the idea.

[Especially not for a teenager.]

I don't really know yet, honestly. I just know that I don't want to go into construction.

I didn't think it would be law enforcement either.

[Although, in some ways it seems like his path is set. In more ways than one.]

[ after walking by trying to find a bird on his own, he spots tsuna looking wistfully at the birds. he looks at them, then at tsuna, grinning as he places his arms on his hips. ]

[ is he kidding? does he mean it? ...sorry tsuna, he means it. ]

[There's definitely a note of panic in there, because, knowing the people he knows, an offer like that is likely literally.]

Uh, well, I...I was just gonna climb...or something...

[ he's already approaching him, picking him up from under his arms and lifting him up high like a child, then he squints, as if trying to determine where in the toddler scale tsuna falls on.

bradley is over 600 years old, so every young person he meets is, essentially, a child to his eyes. actual human children - that is, anyone under 20, activates his paternal instinct and his desire to bring them under his wing... unfortunately for tsuna, of course. ]

How old are you, kid? Do you have a guardian or a parent here? You're short as hell!

[It probably says something that Tsuna just kind of accepts this after a moment of squirming. It's not the first time he's been thrust into a situation like this.]

I'm sixteen! I just...haven't hit my growth spurt yet.

[He knows he has to get a little taller at least, if what he's seen of the future is anything to go by.]

But, no...I don't think anyone else from my world is here...

[ oh, hm. he sets him back down after a few seconds, pointing his thumb at himself. ]

I'm the Great Bradley. If you run into any trouble, let me know and I'll take care of it for ya. What's your name, kid?

[ he'll forget it in three seconds but, hey. ]

[Tsuna nods, a little intimidated by the whole thing, but also grateful to be back on the ground again. Though, braced should he find himself in the air again. He knows how these things tend to go. Though, he can offer a polite bow.]

Ah, I'm Tsuna. Tsunayoshi Sawada.

It's nice to meet you.

Haha. You seem like a good kid. Maybe a little too much of a coward, though.

[ he looks at the birds again. ]

Are you tryin' to catch it for the reward?

[Tsuna gives a nervous laugh. He's braver than he was but flight still takes precedent over fight for sure.]

Y-yeah, I was trying to anyway. I'm still not sure how I'm gonna get up there though....

I think being thrown might scare them away.

Tell ya what, I'll distract it, and you can climb the pole and grab it.

[Tsuna considers the pole, contemplating his climbing abilities. And well, he's had stupider ideas.]

[ Look, in truth Bakugou doesn't actually want to be here here. Instead he'd rather be doing something productive. Something useful. But he's been dragged over here by multiple people and now he can't back out.

He says that but. He has a pretty good memory association with them lately. ]

[It's a lot better than the alternative, which he seems to end up with far too much. And it's what he's fought to protect.]

[Well, okay. Sannan was admittedly being kind of flippant when that question was picked at random as the topic. But ever the one to connect to someone who needs it, somehow, he raises an eyebrow at that.]

Named after the shogun... Admittedly, I shouldn't be surprised at people being named after well-known figures, but when you're told you're a well-known figure it starts to look and feel a little different to hear such things.

[He smiles, faint but sincere.]

I wasn't named after anyone per se. More traditionally, my name is numbered, as in the first child, second child, so on...

[Tsuna looks a little embarrassed. He's well known in his world, but for some different reasons.]

Yeah, I don't know what my parents, or I guess my ancestor, was thinking. Kinda why I prefer just Tsuna. Less of a mouthful.

You must come from a very traditional family then?
