That aside, the avatar's gaze turns to the bottles Tension pointed out. Hm. Guess he could give that a try...
So, he grabs the red one first before the silver faceplate and red visor slides open, revealing the red-eyed young woman underneath. He dabs a tiny bit of ketchup on his fingertip and gives it a lick.]
Mm.
[Like she said, it was sweet and he doesn't find himself disliking it. As for the mustard bottle, he tries a little a dab and sort of reels away at the taste.]
I think I prefer the ketchup more...

Yeah, the ketchup is better if you ask me. You can probably spoon a bit of the mayonnaise away from the rest to try that out yourself. They kind of combine to have a sort of shared flavor, so that mustard isn't 'as' strong when you have them together. But, I hear there's people who only want one or the other on it.
[A shrug. People had their tastes, after all. She just didn't agree personally.]
As for the rest? They mix in onions, lettuce, pickles and tomatoes a lot. If you like the ketchup, you probably want the tomatoes and the lettuce. The onions? I don't know if you'll like those. I don't.

[There's a bit of it he can see left on the patty. After spooning the bit, he gives it a lick. Hmmm.] Sour? [Not as good as ketchup, but better than the strong taste of mustard. Probably wouldn't have it by itself, but if it's combined with the other condiments than he wouldn't mind it. Boy, he's learning so many new stuff.]
Onions... [The green stuff is lettuce, and the red slice is tomato. The band looking things are presumably the onions? He pokes at it with a fork.] I assume this is the onion? Well, what did it taste like to you?
[If she doesn't like it...]

[She was trying to figure out what it tasted like. What was the word that you would use, other than saying onions tasted onion-y? Because that's what it was she would have said normally? But if she couldn't say onion taste, she had to come up with something else?]
Kind of pungent? And it makes the meat taste more strongly? Yeah, that seems appropriate.
