(Hizen's own promotions are from getting into fights and carrying out hits for the clan. Looking over Kazuma, he isn't sure if this guy is much of a killer. He seems eager enough but...)

What're ya good at?

[Kazuma falls silent for a moment, unsure how to actually answer the question.

He's fairly sure he's good at a number of things, but having a gut feeling is much different from actually having the remembered experience of it. He doesn't want to promise something he can't actually do, not when it's this important, and the list of things he's actually had an opportunity to try while in Hell is rather short.

The obvious answer is law, but what use does a faction like the Shuten Clan have for that? That doesn't involve corruption, anyway, which Kazuma staunchly refuses to do. That only leaves...]

Swordfighting. [Probably. Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to test out a real sword yet.]

(He waits. Patiently? No. But isn't really impatient, either. It's expectant like he's waiting for something worthwhile to be said. He doesn't mind waiting if it's something good. He will mind if Kazuma gives a quick and foolish answer.

Ah, there's something that catches his attention and Hizen turns his attention back on Kazuma properly. He looks him up and down-- notes his height, his apparent age, his hands, if he has a sword on him... he's sizing him up.)

Good enough for the arena?

[He has no idea. Probably.]

Yes.

[If there's one thing he's good at, it's sounding very confident! Enough even to mask his distaste at having to fight people to earn clout, but that really does seem to be the only language people speak around here.]

But I don't have a sword yet.

[harimaya]

(He looks Kazuma up and down and lets out a sigh,)

Got money?
