[ unfortunately, while he's the type to wear his anger and irritation on his sleeve, he'd rather die than admit something makes him uncomfortable. that's admitting a weakness, and weakness is something he'd rather pretend he doesn't have. it's just, familiarity. familiarity that makes him feel things he'd rather not say.

that makes him pause, gaze lingering on her for a few moments, as if trying to scrutinize the honesty in her words. she looks pretty human, huh...but then again, so does he. if it weren't for the cat-like cut of his eyes and the bits and pieces hidden away under cloth or waiting for the cut of a knife, it'd be hard for people tell with him, too.
