I. Restaurant hunting | Edges of Tamamo territory

[Or maybe more accurately, he's looking at several of the buildings in the area. He's not quite ready to buy or rent property and start a shop, but it's good to know what's around the Tamamo area. He's avoiding places that are extremely expensive and spending more time around the corners of the district, bordering between the other faction areas.

He has a notebook out and writing up notes about the areas, even if it's not about specific buildings.]


II. Mr. Libido | Tamamo

[Sometimes you end up with leadership positions you weren't really looking for! Here he is with his one star and one star responsibilities and he's staring down this man dancing in front of a restaurant.]

If you ain't gonna leave, I'll make you.

[Which is a weird threat from somebody who's wielding a butter knife, a fork and a spoon. The threat remains.]

III. Who says no to free food?

A | Your apartment

[Has Nero said he was going to cook for you?

If he said he was going to cook for you, he's shown up at your door with a grocery bag of ingredients and the intent to cook. You wouldn't turn him away would you? ]

You're not busy, right?

B | Tamamo Apartments
[If he hasn't specifically told you he was going to cook for you, he's still living in the starter Tamamo apartments for now. Figuring he has to do something for his fellow Tamamos, he's left his door open and is inviting people in to grab a meal in the morning. There's a full spread of warm scrambled eggs, freshly baked bread, sausage and bacon and several pitchers of juices. There are also some bowls of fresh fruit, if you'd rather have that. 

No milk, no matter where you look.]

You should eat somethin' in the morning.

Speaking of shitty cat behavior, gonna gently push a plate towards the edge of the counter...]

[ He's turned so he can't actually see the table, since his kitchen is set up to look at a wall. ]

Hey, your waffles are done.

[Well, he's distracted before he pushes the plate off the counter, at least.]

Oh? Fantastic. What would we do without you, Nero?

I'm sure you'd find something.

[ Or someone! It's a big city, plenty of people out there to menace. ]

Maybe, but they wouldn't be nearly as interesting as you. After all, there's not many Eastern wizards who could frighten someone like Bradley.

Do you think so? I'm not so sure I agree. I've known Bradley for a while, now, which is why I think it's so interesting. He's always so eager to go to the kitchens even with the Eastern chef that threatens him or sends him off on journeys with pepper... that I wonder if it really is just the food.

[Bradley isn't here to stop him, not that Bradley's been immune to Owen's nosiness and callouts in the past.]

[Bradley is also of the school of north social graces (none). "I'm just gonna say some shit".]

Ha... who knows... it really could be that good. Did you want more jam?

[He knows it's just to get him out of your hair and it's working!!]

[ Nero is aware of himself and his ex, thank you! Nobody else needs to go prying into his ex business.

Owen gets a large jar of strawberry and raspberry jam as Nero turns away to work on more food.]

[There's a difference between needs and wants, Nero. Owen doesn't need to find out what's up with Nero and his ex, but he wants to watch him squirm.

Owen will take the jar, tucking it over his arm before reaching out to slide the plate he was futzing with those last few inches until it topples to the floor.

And then he flees.]

[Maybe he'll consider moving out of these apartments.

He sighs deeply and starts cleaning up his kitchen.]
