Hell's a small world. [ She answers back wryly, coming up to meet Aerith. There's a stark contrast between them as they stand there together — Andy with her long hair in untamed waves down her back, her dark jeans and combat boots, the masculine fit of her black jacket. ] Don't tell me you're out here by yourself.
[ A little tilt of her head, and a faint upward quirk at the corner of her mouth. There's this knowing look in her eye when she goes on mildly: ]
Were you waiting for someone?

[ She's out here, alone, all by her lonesome, looking like she's ready for a tumble through the city. It'd be strange if suits weren't the normal for Enma's workers. Women from Tamamo probably roll through here all the time, kept as secret lovers or friends. ]
Here. [ Aerith plucks one flower out for Andy, and nearly holds it out for her. She thinks better of it at the last moment, and tucks it into one of the belt loops of Andy's pants. It'd be a daring move if she weren't already wholly too forward as is. ] It's thanks, for saving my bacon that night. I finally had something to reward you with.
[ She was waiting for you. But they both already know that, don't they? ]
no subject
This one's bold, isn't she? And not intimidated by Andy at all. Not like some of the others. She teases with familiarity, as if they were meeting for the hundredth time instead of the second, and Andy finds herself more charmed by that than she really should be. ]
Oh? So that's what this is? A reward? [ Wryly, in a way that's half-invitation and half-challenge: ] And here I thought maybe it was because you like me.
no subject
Maybe... [ She starts, but never continues; her tone carries into her next statement without any drop or lilt. Perfectly teasing and sweet, despite it. ] But I want to take you for a ride before I decide.
[ Is that intentional? You choose. ]
So, can I borrow you? I'll make it worth your while.
no subject
Then it's as easy as tilt of her head to bring their faces within mere inches of each other. Her dark eyes are curious and amused, watching Aerith from under half-lowered lashes when she answers mildly: ]
Borrow? [ Wryly: ] Give me a chance. Maybe I'll convince you to keep me for a while.
no subject
Gonna have to give it your all if that's what you want. Keep trying!
[ She's teasing. Just teasing, honestly. ]
no subject
I don't mind. [ Wryly, as she follows after Aerith: ] I'm not the type that needs you to go easy on me.
[ Now that — that bit's the truth. ]
Might even have more fun if you don't.

[ A plan is formulating in her mind, as Aerith puts it together spur of the moment. Initially, she'd thought about just heckling her, forcing her to spend time together and teasing her for a bit. It'd be easier, for sure, because Andy seems like she's itching for a bone to chew on, but it's no fun to just give it to her. ]
You've got to earn it. [ When she spins around to look at Andy, Aerith has her hands clasped behind her back, is rolling one of the heels on her shoes back and forth, is smiling like the cat who ate the canary... ] So, give me a run down. What are you good at?
no subject
Can't you guess what I'm good at?
[ As Aerith rocks back on her heels, Andy leans in to meet her as she rocks forward again, bringing them back close to each other, her own wry little smile just scant inches away from Aerith's. ]
You've seen me. [ Dryly, like she's aware of the cliche but thinks Aerith might find it amusing anyway: ] You already know I'm good with my hands.
no subject
I've seen part of you. [ Her quip is simple and factual, perhaps a little sweetly acerbic with how she doesn't back off. She smells the danger on Andy in little things: cigarette smoke, maybe or alcohol. Aerith laughs. ] This is part of you, too. You trying to please me! Keep it up, and... maybe I'll please you.
[ The bridges and tunnels and streets of Hell are innumerable, with many used daily or hourly while others sit undisturbed for weeks or even months at a time. Forgotten pathways to bustling parts of the city, where no one bothers to wander unless they've got an interest in getting lost or becoming forgotten themselves. Aerith is familiar with them in her interest in keeping shortcuts in mind for the city— when you run around all of Hell to deliver things for businesses and individuals, you end up familiar with everyone there, at least, and if Andy notices that Aerith walks the streets of Enma with all the confidence of an alley cat, she wouldn't be wrong.
The confidence must mean she knows where she's going, and it's only when they find a dilapidated looking building that maybe Andy is starting to get the smell of what Aerith is cooking up. She gestures excitedly to the stairs descending down, toward a door with a sliding peephole. It's outside of Enma, just barely, in between where one would take a turn to walk towards Tamamo or Shuten and Enma proper. It's a real shitshow of a building, with a rotten roof that still hasn't healed from the bloody downpour and chunks of the wooden exterior peeled off like someone's stolen them. Exposed foundation doesn't give the impression it passes any inspection, but it doesn't look like the sort of place that bothers, anyway. ]
Ta-da!
[ She's not ratting them out. She's giving Andy a place to impress her, or get her what she wants— either way, she clearly has her finger in the pie of something interesting or fun. Unsurprising to anyone who knows the woman, really. ]
A place to gets handsy with. No fighting! Unless it's part of the game.
[ A hint, it seems, but Aerith waits for the okay. If she's game, she's game. The date is on. If not, she'll find some fun elsewhere even if the disappointment will eat at her. ]
no subject
But she can play along. She wants to. Doesn't even question where Aerith is leading her off to — just takes it all in stride, weaving in and out of the streets just a step behind. Aerith walks Enma Territory with a certain fearless that makes it hard not to feel pulled along after her. ]
I like a good game.
[ The rotting building she's been led to is a reminder of the blood rain — a half-collapsed shell. Someone with sense might take one look at the place and turn right the hell around. But Andy sees the potential. Her mouth twists into a wry smile as she sizes up their new playground. Then she gives Aerith a little sidelong look, her tone amicably mocking when she goes on: ]
You have any other rules you want to tell me? Or are you going to take the head start and leave me to figure the rest out?
no subject
Nothing too serious. [ She raises her index finger, before glancing back, beaming innocently. ] Just one more thing.
You can't touch me until you win.
no subject
I'm starting to feel like this is your idea of foreplay. [ Wryly: ] But, sure. Whatever you say, boss.
