[Well unfortunately for Bakugou, someone else was actually doing the work, couldn't see the kid sitting himself on the curb, and was walking straight towards him. He's honestly not really sure what mini golf was and it got him interested, but most of all Cain was a knight and stupid, and helped people out for even worse prizes.
That being said he was tripping over Bakugou on the curb, only catching and righting himself with his trained reflexes.]
