Yeah. [Well, at least he's pretty sure he has an answer as to whether this guy is a lost soul.] Having a contract in place is better than nothing, but. It'd be foolish to rely on something like that, especially when they're the ones drawing it up. [Which isn't to say that human-created contacts are always fair; usually they're not.
