I see. It is said that a child's name reflects their parent's wishes for them, and in trying to live up to those wishes the child shapes the direction of their own life. Perhaps for a creature built to specifications it's not something that is terribly relevant?

[ For now Kojirou simply takes it as Metal not understanding. And perhaps that is fine. Where Kojirou ended up took more than a lifetime, and he does not consider himself an especially skilled wordsmith. It might simply be beyond his ability. ]
