One of the toughest trainers I've had. [they smile, and if totoko isn't actually going to keep going, then they are more than okay with just chilling for a bit.]

I just haven't had a trainer in a while. My last job was... well, I didn't do nearly as much running and jumping and... all of this. [they're not going to let themself be embarrassed by it, though. no reason for it.] So a lot of it is going to be getting used to this sort of thing again. He's very serious about making sure we're all ready for whatever's coming next.

And "what's coming next" does include me with muscles, if we do everything right. [are they bragging? maybe.]
