[Azula, to be honest, is getting tired. She's never been much for heroics, and she's been doing more heroing today than she ever has in her life. Combine that with putting out a lot of fires- an area of firebending that was antithetical to her usual experience- her currently impaired abilities, and the sheer number of fires she's been forced to put out has her exhausted. When she hears somebody screaming for help, she wonders if it would really be so difficult for these useless weaklings to save themselves for a change.
And then she sees somebody emerge from the smoke leading a group of youkai, stop in the middle of the street, and turn toward the same balcony she was just contemplating, and oh, you must be joking.
She manages to at least keep energy in her voice as she turns to address him.]
