It was usually a much smaller, quieter resentment: making unexpected partnerships against a common enemy and winnowing away at their resources; inviting in deals with ayakashi to one up the competition.]
Sure, though I don't know how interesting it might be! Mostly we spend a lot of time gossiping when we should be focusing on the ayakashi. Lots of backdoor dealings, hoarding techniques and jobs, stealing research, things like that. It's pretty childish.
