[ ah, it seems that that's something else they share other than their obvious discomfort in social situations: mizukume. ayaka's admittedly done her best to take everything in stride, but she has no doubt it'll eventually take a toll on her with the next person who tries to see if she's one of its workers offering certain services.

Me too. [ an armory is much more within his comfort level, though if the fact that their home base is a brothel is bothering him on a deep level, he's not showing it. best not to let too much new blood into the water... ] I got directions from one of our seniors at orientation. It's close by.

[ ayaka hopes it's not too close, but that's probably wishful thinking on her part. this entire section of the city is their territory, and why would tenkohime not want the armory within arm's reach of their home base, right? right. it makes sense to her whose family also has its own militia.

she gives him a nod, easily matching his pace when he starts heading out of the pleasure house. the only problem she sees, now that the pleasantries are over, is how to fill in the slowly encroaching silence.

I did. [ taking a moment to give a few scrolls through his phone with the flat of his thumb, he presents a... fairly comprehensive list. ] Many establishments in this territory are on the expensive side, but I believe it'd be worth the visit for seasonal dishes.

[ he's done his legwork on the two most important things in life: armaments and food. ]

If our visit doesn't run too long, perhaps we can try one of these afterwards.
