Hm. Yes, I also did not expect it to be as Japanese.
[But he says it gently, with no negative feeling in it. Just a genuine curiosity for it.]
I'd always been a bit iffy on it myself, despite my guardian's attempts to raise me with the beliefs. Still. We're here now.
