well, the good news is she's got a bit of a head start on hostess work, since she and aster both already work as bottom-rung hostesses at another club. however, she's mostly getting by right now on charm alone! she hasn't really mastered actively grifting customers beyond the social advantages that come naturally to her, and while that's getting her by, she would be into learning more for sure! 2-3 partners to teach her the ropes and do some client roleplay would be great!

as for the rest......she will probably want to learn some tips and tricks for food service for when she's picking up extra money, and she would take to performer's training like a fish to water! and though she wouldn't want to, i could see her reluctantly going along with oiran training in order to let her sink a little more comfortably into her hostess work, but she would probably need some encouragement.
