Mion over here has been the leader of a games club for several years now, and a part of the rules of her club is actually to do anything it takes to win, which also includes cheating. She also plays a lot of games in general--both Japanese and foreign and is just rather knowledgeable about the subject.

Which means that Mion herself already basically knows a lot about what is probably expected in training beforehand, so while she may be new here, she's at least willing to help other fellow Shutens get a handle of things!
