shylock is a ⭐⭐-ranking tamamo member who's the esteemed proprietor and main bartender of his own bar, hemlock! he has literal centuries of experience with mixology and customer service under his belt, and would love to take on private lessons with 2-3 timtam people please!! preferably people he hasn't had cr yet, but if you guys want to deepen cr w/ him anyway, now's the time since he's gonna be more lowkey this month.

alternatively i welcome any enmas who might think he's sussy enough to keep stardust on him, which...... well. :) i might need to regain his magical brewing skills first to make him even more sussy, but in the end they'll find out that he hasn't been keeping any stardust on him this whole time!! oh well. at least the free drinks taste good, right?
