Inside - probably the safest bet for this sort of situation.

[He's looking around - He can't really see the birds clearly, just quick dark flashes but he can hear the wings flapping. Seems more like just a pest control problem - nothing gulls at the beach didn't prepare him for.]

Just tell me what to do.
