Why haven't they managed this until I proposed it? Because they couldn't do it on their own. They don't have the resources. It's too hard to defend on three or four fronts at the same time and still hold down what you have, especially with them committing themselves to the turf war in general. If either side had won, it would make the whole thing even worse. I know who I work for and the success of the Alliance comes first.
