But there were little things. Things that made it something more.

Sometimes Gojyo hated how perceptive he was to those around him. He never wished to be. Perhaps it was simply because he knew the signs all too well himself.

The drop in expression, the twitching of Bishop's hand, the pause in his otherwise consistent cooking. Only for him to snap back and give that almost unnaturally normal response. Gojyo knew people who reacted like that before.
