Aah, that's true. If it was faked to implicate someone or otherwise some sort of setup, why would they reveal themselves so soon afterwards? If their goal was for people to think they were dead, I don't see what could justify maintaining that level of facade for such a short amount of time.

But if it was a real assassination attempt, that begs the question of how they managed to fake their death on the fly like that. And if it was a real assassination attempt, won't revealing that they are actually still alive just make the assassin try again?
