I did a little bit of research into the sorcery tools and I don't think Huaisang would actually be able to make heads or tails out of them. He'd be able to tell they were spiritual tools of some sort but he'd say they seem to operate under a different kind of system than he's familiar with. He'd be very uneasy about trying to use them when he didn't fully understand them and say he was unable to teach anyone else. However, with more time Jin Guangyao might be able to figure out how they work. Or maybe Wei Wuxian of the Sutoku Alliance could be of some assistance with figuring them out. They go waaaaay back and he's a genius at this kind of stuff and a pretty famous inventor of spiritual tools back home, he'd say. Huaisang would be very apologetic about getting people's hopes up there; he really thought he might be able to figure them out but alas, they're beyond the scope of his knowledge and understanding.

As for the rest, Huaisang would definitely be on board there! I'm thinking he might want to make several kinds of fliers: one advertising the class, one advertising for a cause (the penis enlargement charity scam is A+ by him). I was also thinking he might make an advertisement for the pleasure house Tenkohime wants to build in the Underground and have his pinup illustration printed on the back to provoke Toraguma int a rage and lure him/his crew into an ambush/pincer attack in the Underground.

He's definitely going to need help with the copier (are there copiers? lol). I'm also thinking he'd recommend that Tamamos on board with this plan distribute fliers/charity jars in disguises if possible.
